The merits and demerits of online communication and face-to-face communication has been debated for several years. Scientists claim that binge using social media is bad for people’s mental and physical health, and online connections is superficial comparing to offline connections. But things are more complicated than that. I strive to find the mental and physical differences when people experience online and offline communication by using scientific method.
